Charlie Harrison is a Houston native who has meandered from Austin to Washington doing everything from bouncing at 6th St. bars and operating skid loaders to putting on a suit and trying to sell stocks. All that living made for a lot of material and through it all he wrote and played. Some songs are fun, some sad, some funny and some are a little of everything. Charlie took them all with him to great venues across the country such as The Firehouse Saloon (TX), Stubbs BBQ (TX), The Derby (CA), The Hamilton (DC) and IOTA Cafe (VA).

In 2011, Charlie released his first studio record “Overdue” which drew on the people and stories he met along the way.

In 2013 Charlie landed back in Houston where he formed “Charlie and The Regrets” and continues to write and sing story songs that will make you laugh, tug at your heartstrings and even get you dancing.

Charlie Harrison and the Regrets is a Houston based alt-country/Americana band that brings the standout lap steel work of Willy T. to frontman Charlie’s narrative songwriting to create their unique Gulf Coast flavor of alt-Country.
