In 1994 Hank captured his first bolt of lightning on film and in 2002 his first tornadoes. By 2008 He was a seasoned professional extreme weather photographer working for local TV stations and is now working regularly with national and international entities such as The Weather Channel, Discovery Channel, National Geographic and more.
When not documenting extreme weather, Hank is composing music, touring and showcasing his songs which have received worldwide exposure on MTV2, TV shows, movies and national radio. ” A wild man who’s true tales of wrestling tornadoes, wrangling rattlesnakes and surfing waves are indeed on par with the larger than life folklore cowboy ‘Pecos Bill’! A contagious energy surrounds his lanky frame, his speaking manner is calm, his wit bright. He presents as a wanderer with an affinity for twangy guitars, lonely deserts, Western fringe and New Orleans VooDoo. Hank lives and breathes the art of creation.”
“El Reno Blues,” the first Pecos Hank solo record is now available on Splice Records LLC. The music embodies the dark side of the roots. Moody Tex-Mex tunes, vintage surf tones and rockabilly riffs all tango with haunting baritone vocals, beautiful choir and elegant orchestration.

Last year, I did a series of house concerts before my album was released so that I could play the new songs for people in a special setting before they could hear them anywhere else. Well, it was such a great experience that I would love to do it again, but with the full band this time!
We are going into the studio, soon, to record a new album that will be released sometime next year, and we are offering 10 full band, unplugged house concerts. We will play a full night of music, including some new songs from the upcoming album. If you are interested, please message me and we will provide further information. We are only offering 10 of these on a first-come, first-served basis so act fast to reserve your show!
Our latest single, “I Think I Love You”, is officially a week old today. We’re extremely grateful to all of you for sharing the song, telling people about it, and for adding it to your playlists! If you haven’t heard it yet, it’s available on all digital music platforms including: Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, TIDAL, Amazon Music, and more! Please continue to share, and thank you for your support.
